Die Hard With A Vengeance was the third Die Hard movie and it delivered in exactly the same way as its predecessors.
John McClane teams up with a Harlem store owner played by Samuel L Jackson to stop a German terrorist from robbing the Federal Reserve.
It’s ludicrous and amongst all of the usual Die Hard craziness, you will find a couple of familiar faces to the wrestling world in Ludvig Borga and Damien DeMento.
The pair play Erik and Roman respectively, they’re fairly small roles but you can’t miss them.
Batman & Robin (1997)
Batman & Robin has the dubious honour of being remembered as the worst Batman movie of all time.
Whilst it may hold a certain camp nostalgia now it was critically panned at the time and we aren’t sure anyone would claim it do be their favourite.
As George Clooney became the bat Arnold Schwarzenegger took the role of Mr. Freeze and he brought some wrestlers with him in the shape of long-time cohort Jesse Ventura and the slightly less known WCW star Jeep “The Ultimate Solution” Swenson.
The movie did have some saving graces, such as Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy and Mr. Freeze’s ridiculous one-liners but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to save it.
Universal Soldier: The Return (1999)
To be fair this is another turkey of a film and can definitely be categorised under “sequels that shouldn’t be”.
Jean Claude Van Damme returns as the Universal Soldier and that’s all there is to know really.
Why are we including it here?
Well, it does star two members of wrestling royalty in Bill Goldberg and Sylvester “The Predator” Terkay.
It also has some pretty classic Van Damme moments so there’s that as well.
