Alex Kidd In Miracle World the built in classic that kept Master System owners entertained when they had nothing else to play is getting the remaster treatment with Alex Kidd In Miracle World DX.
The classic game starring Sega’s pre-sonic mascot was originally released way back in 1986 and was the default game built into the Master System 2.
It comes with up to date graphics and sound along with additional levels and a boss rush mode providing new challenges for veterans of the game.
Here’s the reveal trailer which also states the game is still in development so may be different to the final product.
Alex Kidd In Miracle World DX also has a retro mode, meaning gamers can play the game with its original graphics and sound.
The game is expected to be out sometime during Q1 2021 so there’s still some time to wait to reprise the role of the much loved character that was part of many peoples childhood.
As to what systems it will be on is unknown at present but most likely will be a digital download for all current consoles and on PC.
