Critters (1986)
Critters is probably the most famous movie on our list but it really is tragically underappreciated.
Many called it a Gremlins rip-off but it’s far from it.
Essentially a small farm in Kansas is under siege by fluffy balls from outer space with razor-sharp teeth.
It sounds silly and it kind of is but Critters actually holds up as a genuine horror movie where-as Gremlins was way more mainstream.
This is a proper adult horror and is actually pretty scary in places so certainly shouldn’t be passed over as just fluffy creatures from space.
