Batman: The Animated Series
Batman: The Animated Series was a fantastically animated cartoons series that was made in a film noir and art deco style and was epic to watch because of it.
The series later became known as the Adventures of Batman and Robin and was pure gold to watch on a Saturday morning as he went up against the Joker and the Penguin.
The Batmobile in the series was pretty epic too with its long bonnet it looked like a work of art.
Spongebob Squarepants
How can we not end this without mentioning one of the funniest and bonkers cartoons ever made for kids.
Spongebob Squarepants was a huge part of everyone’s childhood.
It was first shown on SMTV Live on Saturday mornings and followed Spongebob and his best friend Patrick the Starfish who were hyperactivity personified.
Whilst not doing bonkers things were thwarting Plankton’s plans on stealing the much loved Krabby Patty burger recipe or annoying his long suffering neighbour Squidworth.
It was great fun to watch (and still is) and is one of the best 90s cartoons to watch ever!
