Tobi Anstis
Tobi Anstis was a mainstay of the CBBC Broom Cupboard and was always joined by Otis the Aardvark.
He presented CBBC from 1992 to 1995 before becoming the host of the music show The O-Zone.
After this, he presented the National Lottery and is now a Radio DJ on Heart FM.
Timmy Mallett
Timmy Mallett started out as a radio DJ before becoming the presenter on one of the first Saturday morning kids shows Summer Run.
After that, he hosted his own shows Wide Awake Club, Wacaday and Top Banana all of which helped pave the way for other shows.
We will never forget his bright character, “utterly brilliant” catchphrases and of course Pinky Punky the foam Mallett and his novelty singles too for that matter.
Yvette Fielding
Yvette Fielding still holds the record of being the youngest ever Blue Peter presenter.
She joined the show when she was 18 and hosted it for five years before moving to CITV Saturday morning show What’s Up Doc?
Whenever you talk to friends about presenters from the past she is always remembered fondly and she went on to present the hugely popular Most Haunted series.
